Sweet! Just about 15 months from now... I may just survive until then. Wasn't the Vivitar Markman set for later in 2010 (May?) and yet that case was filed 6 months earlier? You just never know I guess. Allowed all 18 claims? Double sweet! Sounds like a pretty productive and favorable pre-trial conference from what we can tell.

Considering this latest information, the fact that the digEcor case will very soon be decided (in about 2 months), and with the 10Q coming out next week, I'm getting pretty pumped. If sky is right and we see the share price rise into the .20's next week (or even before year's end), I could be quite content with that. After this many years waiting, progress is progress.
