I have absolutely no knowledge of how to answer your question factually, however knowing what time has brought to us in all aspects of DM and how they do business and tidbits from RP I do not believe DM is looking "down the road" to generate income from their endevors with EDig.

Part of their assessment to take EDig on contingency certainly had a time schedule set in and I don't think DM would have been quite so eager to test the IP infringement waters if their assessment told them not to expect any returns for 5 to 10 years.

Just a guesstamate I feel DM "EXPECTS" returns in a two to five year period with an emphasis on "2". There may be a few "biggies" that will fight this to end and carry it out for years but by that time many infringers will have "settled" and monies will be in the coffers.

IMO, of course
