It will be interesting to see how many settlements we have prior to the Markman. I also wonder if DM really cares weather we actually have one or not. I would guess they consider there to be benefits either way.

Having the digEcor case in our rear view mirror will be a relief regardless of which way the remaining issues fall, of course my hope is that it falls our way, if for no other reason than the "take that...in your face Bow" factor. .20's would feel great...to most of us.
