Again, not being a legal type, but maybe LL and Minister can contribute, IMO it does not serve either party to drag this out for many years. Then again, going for a quick buck might yield smaller settlements...who knows?

IMO, after we settle the fab 7, one could assume the remaining 190+ (if that's the new figure??) may not take much coaxing after seeing the others surrender. One would think these infringers would want to get out the check book and make this pain in the rear go away, without incurring attorneys fees out the ying yang.
