Well, we've seen two marksman's set, imo no reason they won't tentativly set Marks' for the remaining 5; but us accomplishing the first is what's important, because it will definitivly show the patents strengths/weaknesses on said claims; atleast it will according to the judge's knowledge/understanding via all the submitted evidence/claims.

IMO if we're hitting certain companies on varying/multiple patent claims, not just 774, it will require numerous Marks' to be hashed over. If all 7-8 are primarily being brought under 774 then IMO one Marksman ruling will do the trick to make/break the infriengers regardless if all are set.

Minister - didn't ptsc spend somewhere in the 2mln range preparing for J2, not a lot, not a little.

IMO prep-n-trial wouldn't exceed 6mln.
