Here's a thought.....We haven't seen much movement in the share price with the settlements that we already have...IMO we need to gain the attention of wall street let's face little edig gets a 1.6 mil settlement really doesn't mean anything to the real heavy investors but let us come out with a suit against Apple or Intel for 400-500 mil then walllstreet will take notice and start to find out who we are and what we really have.Once they realize that we really did invent flash memory then we gain a whole lot of value ........To sum it up WE NEED to make HEADLINES

I hope this next round is what we are all hoping for... only time will tell .....with all the he said and she said lately I hope no one take offense to this thought it's not intended to question anyone elses opinion... it's strickly my opinion
