EDIG & CRAPS

The time for serious questions that demand answers and our RIGHTS to company guidance is long past in my opinion. It’s a ten-cent stock and has been for some time. We are but mere shareholders and when management has something to report to us, they’ll report it... despite our desire to be more informed. Your small percentage ownership in e.Digital is worth little in the way of any real control or influence. The same would be true for any other company. For those that insist upon reality, there it is. Accept it.
Better than the question of: "what first drew you to this stock?" might be: "why do you remain invested and/or interested?" For many I think a large part of it is pure stubbornness.... as I know it is for me (at least partly so). But most who have followed along for so many years must surely realize that this whole thing with DM and our IP is going to be a make or break situation... that is, it will either become a new beginning for the company or it will probably mark the end.
At this point all we can really do is wait and see. Whether or not a Markman occurs with Samsung and what the judgement ends up being will be very indicative of the company’s future. We have about a 6 month wait (max) for the first indicator plus whatever the decision time is for the second. A blink of the eye in EDIG time.
Too many here don’t understand the game of Craps. Our bet is down on the Pass Line and we can’t pick it up. Our number happens to be 4. The odds are very much against us but we should have understood that likelihood when we placed the bet in the first place. Harping about it now is pointless. The fact is that 1000 rolls later we still haven’t hit the 4, but neither have we 7'd-out. The risk is very real, but it’s done and the money is spent. Anyone who was going to sell would have sold by now. If you’re going to continue standing around the table though, no one wants to keep hearing about how the 7 is the most likely number to come up. We KNOW!!! Okay?
