Some just do not get it, and never will.....at this juncture guidance means nothing(not to me anyway)until they reach the milestone of IP as reviewed by the court. If that review is not reached through the current case.....we move on yet again...the dice keeps rolling until at some point a court hands down an opinion.

With that, IMO, keep in mind , even if a court hands down a favorable opinion and Samsung @ that point folds.....it does not mean that the PPS will improve to any great degree..... not from the ranks of the retail investor.

The only edge that I can see for retail...we stand in the way creating a stand off.

e.Digital knows it, the Polis clan know it, and any potential deal maker know it....so what will break that stand off? We could go on forever like this until the patents run out.
