Just a matter of what they're willing to trade it off for. Interesting there is such an entity holding 25 million shares. IMO, They know that it's an industry issue regarding the tech and that is how it will be played.....they could care less of retail.. that includes funds...lol

All they need is more than one bidding at the same time. Who will pay the most for the alternatives the tech allows.
