No question, EDIG is and has been a "Gamble" since day one. Everyone admits to this "FACT". They also admit that EDIG is better than buying a Lottery ticket. Where the disagreement has shown its head is in the "Perceptions" of what kind of "Gamble" we are engaged in?...

(1) CLAN DABOSS, (which includes yours truly), believe we are playing a two deck blackjack game...

They have counted 58 small cards ,( various AWARDS, Settlements, etc), that have been dealt. And, [there are only 68 cards from 1 to 6]. They are holding an 8 and a 3 in their hand. They also see that the DEALERS ,(Samsung, Degicor, etc.) are showing a 6.

Now that is as sure a bet as one will see when gambling. All is left for the FACE CARD to be turned over ( the Utah Court issues its decision, and Markman is decided in favor of EDIG. )And when that card is dealth, the CLAN DABOSS will be singing their collective BOYAH, BOYAH, and emma will chime in with her "TO THE MOON"...Lol...Lol...

(2) As to the other CLAN, well you know what they think...Lol...
