No it does not mean that for sure... but it’s a good bet (although I guess you’d have to first define a "great degree" in order to determine that).

The only edge that I can see for retail...we stand in the way creating a stand off. e.Digital knows it, the Polis clan know it, and any potential deal maker know it....so what will break that stand off? We could go on forever like this until the patents run out. Trying to provoke thought....what are your thoughts? I see a log jam, what do you see?

I do not see a log jam... I see them (e.Digital/Polis/DM) folding at some point. I doubt anyone on our side is interested in taking a stand and trying to force a change in the industry - even assuming that they could if they did. They’re interested in money just like most... and they’ll settle for millions sooner rather than billions later. The potential may exist, but I don’t think it will be realized - not to the degree you’re talking about.

Strictly from a financial standpoint though, I still think there’s a very good chance to repeat the 1999-2000 experience... the new $24.50 as DABOSS likes to say. It could be $5.00, it could be $0.50... whatever. But one has to believe the PPS can rise significantly from here; that there is going to be a real show at some point. If that were not the case, then I’d be looking for another theater.

And my butt just happens to be planted in this seat for the duration - despite the cries of "Fire!" by some. (Hey! It’s another analogy!)
