The topic of placing a person who we feel can benefit EDIG and the shareholders is an excellent idea, and at this point I would like to suggest we take this topic off line.
Many of us have shared e-mail addresses, and for those who have not, we can PM each other and get a list created. We'd need a "keeper of the list" and no, I do not have the time but I'll help.
IMO, continueing discussion on this topic publically, is not in our best interest.
If we can agree on this, maybe someone who is a business owner, and can volunteer an admin person to be the list keeper...how does that sound?
There are legal matters involved here too, so we need to be careful and understand what our rights are. This not about being hostile to our current BOD, but asking if we can add a member to the team for the benefit of all.
How about a "show of thumbs" if you are in agreement with my suggestion?
