Now, as to anything happening before the next shareholders meeting, I would suggest we fall back and wait.

I agree with the following comment made by jefother:

"My suggestion would be to pressure the company to hold an annual shareholders meeting every year and apply pressure at that time rather than trying to force someone onto the board. The first step is to write letters to you current directors asking, then demanding, greater visability. If that tactic isn't successful, you can vote the current directors off".

If the above has to be pursued, then a collective effort would be made to accumulate enough votes to gain a new board member that represents the vast majority of the shareholders as is being discussed.

Legal and procedural matters would be researched to comply with all necessary requirements.

Last night sounded like wishful thinking to me, a joking matterr.
