This discussion of a new BOD seat is off base. We are shareholders and we can buy or sell any time.

I think the reason we have a very quiet time with EDIG is due most likely to the NOD restrictions on what the settlement's terms are with Samsung.

The present BOD is very much aware of what's going on and I bet they monitor the discussions here also.

The Polis family is a huge plus for EDIG including Eric as a Board member. This family believes in EDIG and has held firm AND helped financed the company when in need.

I don't see the reason to create another BOD position thus causing EDIG to place a lot of time and energy toward this endeavor.
