The question that needs to be ANSWERED is, are REVENUE to be reported for a quarter that which has been "REALIZED", meaning "RECIEVD IN HAND" before the end of September 30th, or that which is " agreed upon pending resolution of certain conditions precedent"?...

My recollection of the announcement of the agreement to settle by the parties in the initial PACER filing was that the "settlement" was tentative, and the parties had asked the Court for further time to conclude, "Execute" the agreement...

I highly doubt if SAMSUNG wrote a check before the end of September, before they took care of the "Certain Obligations" they had asked for the additional time extention...

RP may have said he "Expected" to report the Samsung Settlement, yet I doubt he actually got the money before the Settlement was concluded in October...
