Sumsung has traditionally published the agreements concerning patents and we have witnessed a couple of announcements to this end just recently. If the settlement with edig was substantial for edig, the management of edig would stand on the roof top to make appropriate noises so that not only they put fear in the heart of other prospective defendants but also take care of the PPS. My guess is that they didn't take as much as they wanted and the number announced reveals the story. If anyone placed NDA that would be Edig itself for all the suspected reasons. But again, time will tell but I am not optimistic.
