OK just to play devil's advocate, consider this. Is it possible EDIG received a one-time licensing fee that is to be paid [divided] over several quarters? That would jive with the 10Q, the press release, the confidential agreement and RP's cryptic email. Still a one-time fee, meaning no recurring revenues from the license, just paid over time.

I remember reading about some companies with their licensing fees structured this way. Would be interested in any responses, particularly those with business and/or corporate finance experience. TIA
