The Nda forbids him to state it but IMVHO looking at the financials I think it is included that is why the accounts receivable went up from $94k to $1.4 mil.
What they did is they debited accounts receivable and credited the revenue account, also they debited the cost of revenue which is DM share and credited a payable account. we did not get the money yet per the financials.
Bottom line good financials so far.
