Claim 1 is field of use digital.....as it includes analog to digital conversion....and stores the "processed sound electrical signals" on flash memory.

Claim 19 is field of use analog having NO analog to digital conversion and stores the processed sound electrical signals to a choice of two types of memory...recording medium or flash memory.

The word "sole" ties claim 1 and 19 together through the use of flash memory under both principles.

The analog processing principles of claim 19 and the digital processing principles of claim 1 are different...however, they share the same flash memory issue.....something that SCHRODER can not claim.
