It doesn't matter what we know or think we know, it's the reexam results that will dictate the direction for this investment.
As per my earlier post, some patents can emerge stronger than before. Of course, the opposite is also true.
EDIG, DM and the EDIG investor pool is banking on the best case scenario. Should that happen then this investment gets placed back on track and EDIG resumes its growing revenue stream via patent infringement settlements and licensing royalties.
Given that scenario, there is a substantial upside from these levels.
The time table appears to be four months out.
