This whole process is not about the field of use issues... analog or digital.... or their respective processing principles.....but how they are managed.
It's because e.Digital can manage them on a sole flash memory that sets them apart from prior art.
The court, in rendering its half decision for the Markman issues, focused on field of use issues .....and not the novel issues that allow two totally different issues to be combined.
