The reasons are the same as all the others that have extended time to answer complaints.

We have read the issues to extend response many times. The defendants need time to do their DD and they will, no doubt about it.

This is not anything new, including the included language of possibilities.

If e.Digial settles in front of any of the possibilities at this time, they hold the weak hand.

e.Digitals best hand is in the appeal.

I can see the linage of the 774 RAM issue.. no matter what the 108 patent references... with that keep in mind, physically, 108 itself, is involved in the CE problem.

There are issues regarding 108 not resolved yet.....with that, e.Digital holds the weak hand in negotiations....for now. If 108 is let loose from the CE problem things can change that strengthen e.Digitals hand...however, the linage to 774 and its CE problem still exist regarding the RAM issue.

That RAM issue put to bed and e.Digital allowed to re-litigate the issues involved for 774 really puts some fire in the dragon.

After all these years you all should realize this as I do.
