On one of Doni's posts today he guesstimated, based on how long Edig got to file briefs if a similar time was given to Huawei and then the court took 2-3 months to render a decision, the decision would fall somewhere in the June-July time frame. I kind of doubt that the appeal will be ruled on within the next 30-40 days.
