For me, I see we are right there on the fringes in turning a very big page for the story of e.Digital.

Killing the CE ruling... and allowing, or just the threat of allowing the re-litigation 774 breaths life into e.Digital big time. They don't even have to re-litigate it, just being allowed to do so changes the story of e.Digital in a BIG way.

I say that, because I know what claim term (b) of claim 1 of the 108 patent is all about. I know the problem of 774 and how it relates to 108 in the same respect, I know how 774 relates to 737 and how 108 relates to 445....etc.

As an investor I'm looking for a resolution to the e.Digital story.... one way or another.
