As an investor, looking for a finality to whatever happens to e.Digital, I'd give the defendants all the time they wish. However, it's up to the court and its time considerations.

All my considerations are piled on the appeal....I say, it lifts, for the most part, the weight off e.Digitals patents.

e.Digital will have to do what is necessary as a company and self preservation.

IMO, negotiations are premature at this time, however, I'm not running the company and my attitude is to gamble all at this point...because I what to see some form of hard resolution to the e.Digital story in general.

My consideration ends the company or puts some life in company story.

The managers of the company can not or should not act in that capacity, with that, they will do what is best for the company.
