CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
See but 4 years into production, and a buyout are two different things as well.....
Im not holding this stock waiting for it to go into production, like everyone here Im waiting for a buyout. Getting into production is Tecks problem and I fail to see how the 4 years to production affects any factor of a buyout. Once we've been paid for our shares....to be blunt; who cares about production.
If Teck backs in for 75% and no other producer is looking to acquire us....I bet Ernesto would look at taking less money for us. Ernesto didnt buy CUU to have a chunk of a producing mine, he bought it for a buyout.
The same reason I think he might also insist on ensuring the RE contains all the new drill holes and the whole resource. He wants to see money, not ownership in a business.
I do believe in this stock, and I do believe its the safest junior Ive ever seen, but NO ONE has a crystal ball either.
