CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Hmm....you just brought up another hidden gem my friend.
I hadnt thought about this but I like it a lot. I dont think this a very plausible scenario but then again, it does still hold some plausibility. My figure for a ballpark CUU buyout was for everything, the whole company. We arent going to be able to sell off everything we own with a CUU label on it like its a franchise, Teck will take us out completely. Im virtually certain of it, however....if we did retain the proerties in some way or form;
I wonder which company it would go to?
It would have tax implications but its been done before. Candente/Cobriza anyone?
BXX looking that much sweeter?
