Why a need for absolute complete silence?

An important milestone is passing by today (120 days from FS delivery to Teck) with no word at all? Surely they can portray some notion of what is going on without spilling the beans on the top level stuff. Maybe a NR saying that progress is being/not being made and the timeline is extended for x days/weeks and what other things are going on right now. The Feb 4th NR was worded to indicate that all was well with the FS delivery. Now we are 120 days after the fact with no news which I think gives a pretty bad image to the market. Yet another screwed up timeline.
