True, there is a whole day for news yet to come. For some reason I'm not holdng my breath. The 120 clause is the backbone of the Salazar Agreement and in my simple mind it should be regarded as the pivotal moment in CUU's life warranting either a halt or a pre-opening NR. I'm not terribly surprised or worried but I am disappointed that the company is putting us further and further into the dark quite unnecessarily. We will see what the day will bring.
