("Catalyst") announces Minera Torre de Oro SA de CV ("Teck") and Minera Hill (Catalyst) have made substantial progress on the form of Definitive Agreement pursuant to which Teck would be willing to sell its interest in the La Verde property to Catalyst. In order to complete their negotiations the parties have agreed to extend the deadline for execution of a Definitive Agreement from April 2, 2013 to April 10, 2013.
