If cuu did deliver the PFS and the FN according to the terms of the 2001 Agreement on Feb 4th like they indicated or implied in their NR's or notes to the NR's, then indeed today is D-day for Teck's back-in decision which is a significant event that can affect the sp. One would think that event by itself requires management to put out a NR informing the sh and the public what back-in decision has been made or not made by Teck, or there's a mutual agreement to extend this important deadline.
