In the Minerals sector it seems...Miners Mine/ produce & Explorers spend the exploration Cash (and typically take the explorers risks ).

They have hired the Geo.s prevously laid off from cost & time concious Miners to do the "Proving up".

I've heard it said, and SC seems a typical example, that it takes 5+ years to prove a Resource-when u can discover it + another 5+ Years to Production... Needle in a haystack some of the time.

Mr. Keevil & co. knew something was up at SC, Salazar & ES have found the multiple Needles there & VD.
