So what I wanted to say that to prevent yourself from getting banned again, maybe double check what you say instead?

It seems they bought it cheap, looked closer and havent proceeded further because it isnt worth the further expense. At least it seems that way to me. It would be smart to abandon something that doesnt look stellar.

Please tell me that this is not a big statement? Why would say it's not worth further expense? Right after you said it might be a good asset? How do you know it's not stellar?

But I do agree with some of your comments such as conserving cash. So if you say that's a reason to no spend any money on Somberto. GREAT! I agree with you as well!

===================

Thanks for your reply. I better understand where you are coming from, and you have a point.

I know you haven't accused me of an agenda, and I should have been clearer. There are a few here that accuse me of this on a fairly regular basis.

Regarding the big statement - I may have to learn to write better as I seem to be giving off the wrong vibe?

I was speculating that due to a lack of follow thru on original plans for the property over the last couple years it may be dropped or shelved or abandoned. We now know they are not abandoning it.

We did get it for very little cost, and they did review the original cores and took a closer look at historical research (I think I remember this). Then nothing that we are aware of. I don't think its a big leap to connect the dots that they may not think lots of promise there. I certainly do not know this to be fact and I realize there may be other reasons we are not privy to that the property has gone virtually untouched. Other points of view welcome and valid.

I will re-read my posts in the future to try to be clearer.

I'm glad there are others here that would like cash conserved.

Sorry for mistaking there was hostility. No harm, no foul?

Have a good night, Calvin.
