The bondholders will bring to court a basket full of newspaper clippings

KRY will bring in offical Gov. documments.

By the way court is this week or next (damn forgot what he said) sorry.

The bondholders will (claim ) that KRY management was not doing there job, and not using the bond money wisely.

KRY will again bring documents showing the the purchase of needed equipment, documents showing social improvements needed to keep the contract in good standing, along with balance sheets showing needed expenses to run the company.

TWO Newspaper clippings, People I personally don't give a one of the any credibility none of them!!! If one really does their own dd, you will find, that all, in one way or another, are all just BS. I mean all of them.

Unless one see's an offical Gov. document don't believe them.

Three Our price is way undervalued do to some more BS put out several times in the past two years that mean nothing. I. E. the bagel ladies stupid ( personal ) statement about open bit minning !! Not offical in anyway there will be open bit minning period.

** FOUR The heat is on, May 28 is comming fast and up till now VZ has dealt with disputes fairly!! One thing in our favor is that arbitration does not take 4 to 5 years in court like it used to. Now days it more like one to two yrs , granted still a long time. Another point is that when companies do move to arbitration VZ usually moves quickly to the table for settlement.
