The idea that KRY would settle for $1.00 or $2.00 after all KRY has done for Venezuela, AND THE TIME AND MONEY SPENT is not only unacceptable, but ridiculous, IMO.

I'm not saying KRY would settle for $1 to $2 but that Hugo will make an offer in that ballpark.

As the SP rises to reflect Hugo's offer, each of us will have to make a decision as to whether we want to take it (ie., sell) or chance a more generous ICSID decision.

I just can't see Chavez volunteering a settlement of much more than 600M, can you?
