Sounds reasonable to me Dparge. I think I'll ask for 1.5-2.5 times MY original investment in this as well, and throw that on the table if KRY goes in that door, Lol.

As far as putting lost profits into a claim, I suppose a look at the other settlements(oil,steel,cement,etc) would give an indication whether this is feasible or not, and how far this is considered.
