I personally think if we survive financially we will win the case. For me survivng financially has been the big IF and not because of the arbitration case costs but because of the noteholders. This latest lawsuit doesnt surprise me nor does it leave me feeling warm and fuzzy inside. As someone else pointed out I find it annoying that management is being vague at how many note holders are involved in the case and at what dollar figure. I also think this time around the noteholders have a much better claim then last time around.
