I agree, we do not.. We need someone who is 100% focused on ARBITRATION and not involved with:

- selling us off to the Chinese for pennies, at our expense

- letting his buddies at Macquarie profit through shady bought deals, at our expense

- awarding himself options, at our expense

- keeping up appearances, at our expense

Put your money where your mouth is Mr. Fung, or get out and let someone else take over...

You and your crew have done NOTHING to "enhance" shareholder value.

Also I have not received my "Next Chapter" mailing nor any control #'s and will be calling my broker on Monday for those... Not too happy about that considering I am still holding just over 1M shares in this and like others losing more than would like to... Still holding strong as I see us getting a payoff in the end assuming we don't get sold down the river AGAIN.

I'm voting my 1M - NO to everything. Symbolic..Perhaps... Don't care.
