ez, supposedly, selling the equipment will finance the arb case....the note holders will get thier money when it is due or they will get the whole ball of wax imo. telling them to just "hold off for years with no interest" is a pipe dream...i think the kry bonds are probably a great investment right now. unless there are some serious issues with our arb case that we are not aware of (who knows what these guys did over the years?) the arb case is a huge asset and somebody will make some serious money off it.

i really believe a new note issuance (that pays a set amount, in a set amount of time with no annual interest) is the answer.

the risk to shareholders is that we would need assurances that kry mngt would'nt issue the notes to buddies and then take a $200mil settlement 3 months later effectively making the noteholders a quick double and stiffing the shareholders once again.

mngt credibility is probably the single biggest negative factor at this point imo...
