I agree with you and think that we have a very strong argument that the expropriation did not occur until February 2011, since that is when it actually did occur and we had no prior notice that such a drastic event was going to happen. It is a great position for us if we can drag them into when did the evil deed happen -- it focuses the arbitrators on the amount of damages.
