Thats just it....he either was or was not deposed. How do we find out? If he was not then it would seem logical that the stay is "in effect".  If he was then it would seem it is business as usual, which begs the question "what about the requests for "expedited motions"?   I'll tell you right now the buzz in the mailoom is that a lot of stuff is going on as we speak that is being purposely kept "off the radar" till all the eyes are dotted and the teas are crossed because this is the mother of all "material events". And if you don't believe in the potential of any good news on that front just look at yesterday. Up 15% at one point over the request for a rather "meatless"motion that many feel was never even granted !  FWIW the mailroom knows a few things. Not alot but we know some things. You know what I mean
