There is no question TPL wanted the whole enchalada. Why assume that is no longer the case? Interesting thought. The BOD realizes that the only way they are going to get the fast money and not having to work for it (bought out) is for TPL to do it. That will only happen if old BOD remains in power and BOD remains inept. Thus shareholders will happily take less in order to bail. Maybe that's what some on the BOD are hoping for. In the meantime, ensure that they are allotted huge options to cash in when that day comes. We shareholders must be vigilant here.
