I agree with your line of thinking...........Comming from someone with no knowlwdge of how a Judge thinks , for me it appears that JW has to have his concerns about both sides while knowing these are all public co's.........Therefore many shareholders for many co's are watching the outcome and JW will not be the guy to influence the stockmarket............................He has been here before...................................
