IMO you plan makes alot of sense...........So lets assume that we only received 5 million from Philips..........That is about another 10-12 million shares............For 20 million JT can buy alot of tech start ups but he mentioned his idea of a M&A is an established co that is making a profit..............

Since it appears to be TX or bust, then even if we win and the appeals come , most or many of the infringers will line up for the IP............I am not so concerned about appeals....That seems to be part of every trial.....................JUST WIN BABY.........

If we lost in TX we would need some cash for an appeal, so lets keep some cash around...........................I am sure that PTSC has a backup plan BUT IMO they are planing for victory , with that comes alot of cash...............JT has to dreaming on how he will spend it.............SGE, I AGREE, we do not know what is going on behind the scenes and i believe that Jt IS ALERT and not sleeping at his desk........

Being self employed i am Poroactive..........Paranoid can be another term..............I am aware of everything that goes on with my cars etc........Always checking that things are done and never take things for granted.............Fresh ideas can be a problem when you have had success........Hope that JT has some new tricks up his sleeve.............In his letter he said that if change is needed he will do what is necessary............I also beleive that he said after the SH letter that buy backs were over that things could change undewr the right circumstances, and that is why they bought more shares back at the .34 range...............The best to us all.................Larry
