Regarding two or three members, yes. But, again, name a company where this isn't the case, at least based on what can be seen by the shareholders. I'm sure there are companies where there is zero compensation to some/all BoD members. Do they contribute anything more than their good name in exchange for that title? Why would they? Major shareholder? Then there is vested interest.

I never said I like the content of our BoD, or that they earn their keep. I'm only suggesting that what we're complaining about is not unique to PTSC and is actually very common, and there is little to nothing we can do about it.

I simply choose to acknowledge it along with any of the other shortcomings I perceive, and weigh it against the positives.

Example: Why is PTSC headquartered in the San Diego area - one of the most expensive areas in the world? They could cut facilities expenses by 50-90% by moving darn near anywhere.

I hope I didn't just create another complaint thread! LOL
