Why would TPL want to buy out PTSC when they are expanding their own product/license range? As it stands, they receive 50% of all licensing revenue collected by Alliasence and do not have to find $1billion-plus for a possible buy out. That type of money is better invested in expanding their own business, in my humble opinion.
