My nagging feeling, and please tell me I'm wrong, could the cancellations etc also be because they may be loosing?

With a positive Markman on the '148 and '336 patents, it is difficult to see what might be lost. If you've read the response to the USPTO and subsequent amendments(MICROLOOP)it becomes more certain that the patents will be upheld.

Suffice it to say, I believe that there is a perfectly valid reason for the cancellations which will not impact negatively on PTSC. Would the price be where it is now if "all was lost"?
