I didn't realize Swartz was investing his profit back into PTSC? Care to elaborate on this?

He appears happy with his return and he wants that money to truly be his so that he may use it as HE SEES FIT to maximize a greater return on it than he may get from PTSC. 

Yes, it his money, and he has the right to sell whenever he sees fit. And honestly, I don't know if he is selling, but let's say he is. Now, I have attended the last 3 SHM's, all of which Swartz attended, and all of which Swartz pumped the stock. If he believes in what he has been saying, than  I can't understand why he would continously sell into volume unless he doesn't believe in what he has been telling the shareholders. If this is the case, do you still support what he is doing?

That is his right and, in the long run, it will have no effect on the final share price PTSC will hit.

Are we close to reaching a settlement? And if we are, will the dollar amount of the settlement be large enough to get significant attention?

Yes, this is important, I agree. Just want to change the ending of your sentance to "large enough to create enough volume to offset Swartz dumping".
