Swartz has a huge profit invested in PTSC.

IMO.. this should read Swartz has profited hugely off PTSC and its investors

He appears happy with his return

Yah... his return thus far has been what so far.. $100 mil?.. $150 mil??

and he wants that money to truly be his

I think..  that money is truly his.. every warrant converted share sold and divy collected

so that he may use it as HE SEES FIT to maximize a greater return on it than he may get from PTSC.

In an earlier post to me you said, Swartz needs to sell right now so he can fund his other projects..  Well as far as I am concerned, he can utilize some of that $100 mil he has already taken off this table to fund those damn projects.. he needs to use what he's selling right now?..  while in the process holding my share price down?  BS

That is his right

It is, but you would think he would have some consideration for the shareholders who had to watch him  profit hugely, while at the same time have had to watch the share price of their stock decline... I guess that was our right...

and, in the long run, it will have no effect on the final share price PTSC will hit.

I disagree, If you begin the run @ $1 you can not help but go higher than if you begin that run @ 70 cents... its tatamount to giving away 30 cents per share.. guess that's Swartz' last 'charge' to all us shareholders.

Our concern is or should be IMO

Are we close to reaching a settlement?

I agree...  because this stock's major shareholder is continuing to unload his position..

If you weren't Bill's brother, I would think you were a Swartz plant
