Because if we were loosing they would not want to negoiate, no stay. They wouldn't want to delay the trial. We have been in negoiations for ten years, if we were loosing they wouldn't give us the time of day. Do I think that they would use this stay as a tactic to hear the results of the PTO review before a settlement? Yes. The trial is not being delayed so they are using this stay for settlement. They may want to hear the PTO ruling before settlement. But so far we are not loosing.
